Bookings can be made through our customer online portal (for account holders), or via phone or email. Taxi trucks and specialised deliveries may require notice.

Use the tracking tool on our homepage with your consignment or tracker number. Account holders with EDI access can also log into their dashboard for full tracking.

Can I track a delivery without an account?

Yes, if you have the tracking number provided by the sender.

How do I know if my delivery is successful?

Delivery status, including proof of delivery (POD), is available via your customer portal or emailed tracking update.

Do you operate on weekends or public holidays?
