Will PEP Transport Pick Up and Deliver Same Day?

Yes PEP Transport can pick up and deliver on the same day. We offer a range of service parameters for small parcels, couriers, taxi trucks, oversized speciality vehicles and even all day permanent hire. If you are a PEP tracker customer you can enter your tracking number in to our online portal found on the homepage of our website. If you are an EDI customer you will need to log in to your account here and enter the consignment number. Conversely you can contact customer service team here.

Does PEP deliver to Regional Areas?

Covid-19 Frequently Asked Questions

Am I still required to provide a signature upon delivery during COVID-19?

Due to safety requirements during COVID-19, our drivers manually fulfill the signature for all deliveries so you don’t have to. All drivers are GPS tracked to ensure a further layer of evidence is provided for deliveries.

Will COVID-19 delay my item being delivered on time?

PEP Transport is fully operational. While we have put measures in place to ensure that goods are picked up and delivered as per usual. You should anticipate some delays, more specifically with regional freight.
